Once you have registered your purchase, an engineer will contact you to arrange the installation of the new hardware into your network environment. This one-time service also means that all of its features are working correctly and in accordance with your pre-agreed specifications.
3 year on-site next day service
Includes service and parts for 3 years, excluding toner, and gives you access to the Helpdesk.
The 3 year on-site option ensures that an authorised Canon engineer is dispatched within 24 hours of you placing a maintenance call. Once you've chosen this service, you won't have any additional costs for parts and labour during the contract period.
You'll also be given a designated Helpdesk number, which you can call when you need to request support. After verifying the problem, an engineer will be sent to fix it. The authorised engineer will have all the parts and materials needed to maintain your products covered by the plan.
3 year return to base service
Opt for the return to base service and you will have access to the Helpdesk, as well as an Authorised Service Facility (ASF), where your product will be checked and repaired if necessary.
That means, once you buy this package, you'll never have any extra costs for labour during the contract period.
